
The Pedro Muñoz Seca Foundation virtual library and archive allows works to be consulted through the Internet and offers important information for researchers, scholar, professors, students and translators interested in the works by Pedro Muñoz Seca.
Anyone interested in accessing the collections directly at our headquarters must be familiar with the terms and conditions of use and must request this service by completing the corresponding form.
For the correct functioning and use of the library and archive, researchers must collaborate by following the terms and conditions of use described below:
First: The access request form must be completed. Researchers must indicate the material to be accessed with prior notice of at least ten days. Some documents may not be available for immediate access and, in this case, the interested party will be duly notified.Second: Once the request has been received, the Pedro Muñoz Seca Foundation will confirm the date and time of the visit.
Third: The Foundation library and archive do not loan materials, so the collections can only be accessed in the rooms available for that purpose.
Fourth: Photographs and videos are not allowed inside the Foundation headquarters. Reproductions of material are not allowed without prior authorization.Fifth: The Pedro Muñoz Seca Foundation does not hold copyrights of the works housed and, as such, the researchers or publishers are responsible to obtaining the necessary permission to publish or cite the works.
Sixth: Destroying, damaging, stealing or partially removing any material will imply the total payment of its restoration or replacement. In this case, the user will not be allowed to access the material again.
Seventh: Two copies of the publication must be submitted to the Foundation library.
